1985 Unicul International founded
July 1987 July 1 UNICUL International, Inc. established Opened office in Roppongi, Tokyo
1988 Received the New Business Association's Entrepreneur Award

July 1989 Founded the Network for Aspiring Professional Women (NAPW)
Started NAPW online conferences
February-November 1990 Conducted a ten-installment workshop "Power Meeting e90" targeting businessmen in their 30s who are working on the frontlines
June 1991 Started service providing direct-mail list of Japanese nationals living in the US
July 1991 Conducted "New York Networking Tour" and visited women working at various companies and organizations in New York
April 1992 Conducted and released the "Survey regarding systems for working women, childbirth, and child-raising," which was featured in 17 nationwide newspapers, magazines, and TV shows
