The required services of translation vary widely depending on the customer and the project. The request could be for a letter to an important client, or it may require a high level of quality with the nuances of the Japanese translated accurately and ready to go to print immediately. On the other hand, the request may be to simply translate to Japanese quickly without regard for the detailed nuances because the customer needs to learn the gist of the materials ASAP.

Unicul will confirm the level of output desired and the objective of the translation and then propose the most suitable service. Because we handle 70 different languages, we can also accept orders to translate one document into multiple languages.

Standard Translation

Translation with Brush-Up

This service includes the following processes:

• An expert in the relevant field conducts a check if needed
• Brush-up; reexamining wording for more powerful writing, replacing examples with those more appropriate for the target audience, editing the copy to fit the space; production of catch copy
• Compare translation and original document and recheck
• Deliver translation

We will confirm the document with you as many times as needed and deliver it at ready-to-print quality. We also offer comprehensive services, including putting it into the optimum presentation format such as PowerPoint, designing the layout, DTP and printing, and website production.

E-mail Correspondence English/Japanese Translation Package Service

This translation service permits the speedy and smooth progress of communication via e-mail, saving you hours of translation time. We support the success of your business by helping to build better human relations and improving productivity.

We translate e-mail correspondence from Japanese to English and English to Japanese. (Attached documents are not included in the service.)
This service is based on a monthly contract; we accept a fixed monthly fee for a maximum number of words agreed upon at the onset. (When the number of words exceeds the designated volume, we handle those at a discounted price also.)

Video Production / PR Video Production
